Design Team Call Out

Would you like to be part of our brand new design team? Then read on.....

As part of a brand new re-launch in 2019 i am looking for a small group of wonderful crafters to form the Simply Vintage Design Team.
I have been on Hochanda TV for almost 3 years and love every minute of it - but it is time for a change on my shows and i am hoping you can be part of it.

I have new projects and kits coming next year and would love to share these with our DT as the possibilities with genuine Vintage items are endless...... 

What am i are looking for:

Enthusiastic friendly crafters who have a passion for Vintage.

Imaginative and creative individuals who love a different approach to crafts.

Be able to take a good photograph of your projects, both finished and in progress. 

Be able to write a tutorial/step by step guide (assistance can be provided)

Be willing to commit to creating a minimum of 2 projects a month for a minimum of 6 months. 

Promote Simply Vintage and your creations on your own blog and social media sites and groups.

Design Team members will receive:

• A crafty stash box, each new kit and project well before live shows, vintage top up packs through the year. 
• Be the first to receive new projects and kits.
• Name, bio and blog link if you have one, on our Blog and Facebook site.
• And be a part of a private friendly Facebook group to interact with fellow team members!
• A Design Team logo.
• Your items online, featured in our Live TV shows with credits and at shows and events.
• Free tickets where possible for our craft and lifestyle shows (Country Living, Handmade Fair, The Craft Show etc)

Examples of previous crafting work - doesn’t have to have Vintage included.

A lot to catch up on....

...as ever time has flown!

Since September i have: 
Costumed a huge Abba show in Abu Dhabi
Cruised and Crafted with the Crafty Beggars
Produced, Costumed and Designed a Winter Wonderland Show 
Exhibited at Country Living Christmas Fair

.....and now i am in prep for my next TV craft show........Phew!
2019 is all about taking it a little easier....yep, right!!!!

How does time fly so very fast? it is none stop here at the moment - shows, telly, costumes, designing....phew! Plus the next little adventure is this: 

We are holding our very first charity fundraising day for Mind at Swanspool Ceramics:

is our event page on Facebook - please do have a look and see if you would like to come along. It is free to attend and have a look around the studio, have a cuppa and cake! We will be running workshops throughout the day to make fabulous ceramic Christmas Decorations which we will then fire for you to collect/post. The cost for this is a suggested donation of £5 each.

I know, i know.....

...the usual apologies for not updating!

Basically i hadn't stopped until March since October - a whirlwind of work, work, work!  I am never campaigning as i love what i do and to earn a few pennies from it is a joy - but boy 'o boy did i need this little break with my mummy and pooch in early March: 

I love North Norfolk so much - i can imagine myself retiring by the sea there:)

So onto whats new - show prep and more show prep! Next up is Country Living Spring Fair from 26th-29th April at Alexandra Palace, London. (www.countrylivingfair.com)
